PAYMENT & POLICY INFORMATION

All fees are due at the time of service unless billed by prior arrangement or a balance is due from a prior deposit related to travel distance.

Valid photo ID is required for all signers as per Georgia state law. (In person).

Accepted payments: Zelle, Cash App, debit/credit card, and cash.

Receipts are provided for every transaction.

Each *standard session covers up to 15 minutes. If additional time is needed, the time fee is $10 per additional 15 minutes, up to 30 minutes.

Extended standard sessions start after 30-minutes and is billed at $1 per minute, plus the regular convenience fee.
- A non-refundable $20 Zelle deposit is required to secure emergency, Sunday, after-hours, or long-distance appointments. This deposit applies toward convinced/travel time.

Clients are given a 15-minute grace period to arrive at their confirmed location. After that, the session begins automatically, or the appointment may be considered a no-show at notary's discretion. If the client arrives later and the allotted time has expired (both wait time and standard session time) or nearly expired, extended session time will be assesd.

The notary is not responsible for incomplete notarizations due to client error. Travel and time fees are non-refundable, and return trip fees may apply.

The notary reserves the right to perform, postpone, or refuse any notarization at their own professional discretion and in accordance with Georgia state law.

In the event that the Notary is delayed or fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the confirmed appointment time without prior notice, a 10% discount will be applied to the total fee as an accountability measure and customer courtesy.
