Judith Sunny Martin, MPH, BA, Founder and Managing Director
Judith Martin brings more than twenty years of experience across senior living management, community and stakeholder relations, public health, and field operations. She holds a Master of Public Health and a bachelor’s degree in Communication. Her background in research support, data collection, and community engagement shaped the practical, real‑world approach behind Concept 879.
Her expertise in program development, management, and evaluation allows her to deliver clear findings, structured processes, and actionable insight that help clients move projects forward with confidence. She is also a CDC fellowship recipient, an author, and a professional course developer. She created the G.I.V.E. Model™, a communication and engagement framework designed to strengthen team communication, improve outcomes, and shift individuals from task completion to an ownership mindset. Her work includes volunteering with multicultural and community‑based initiatives, reflecting her commitment to inclusive, community‑centered service.
Concept 879, LLC is a real‑world intelligence and people‑centered firm focused on revealing how programs, services, and operations actually perform in practice. While dashboards, internal reporting systems, and AI provide valuable data, they cannot fully capture how work is experienced by the people it is meant to serve. Our work focuses on that critical layer of reality.
We engage directly with end users and observe operations in real environments to verify how services are delivered, experienced, and sustained. This approach gives organizations clear visibility into real‑world performance so leaders can make informed decisions with confidence.
Our work is grounded in three core pillars:
-
Truth — Real‑World Intelligence. Understanding how programs and services are actually experienced by the people interacting with them.
-
Proof — Operational Assurance. Providing independent confirmation of service delivery, operational conditions, and performance.
-
Execute — Strategic Guidance & Execution Support Helping organizations ensure initiatives translate from strategy and design into effective real‑world implementation.
Together, these pillars help organizations move beyond assumptions and internal reporting to see how their work performs where it matters most.
Concept 879, LLC brings together more than 30 years of real‑world experience across senior living operations, public health services, community engagement, field operations, and program and project management. The firm was formally established in 2025 and is based in the Atlanta metropolitan region. We are a woman‑owned, minority‑owned business. Our work reflects decades of hands‑on experience strengthening operations and helping initiatives move from planning to real‑world performance. At Concept 879, we believe clarity comes from direct engagement, honest observation, and a commitment to understanding reality as it exists-not just as it is reported
Our Mission
Our mission is two‑fold.
First, to provide the human insight organizations need in a world increasingly driven by dashboards, systems, and artificial intelligence -helping leaders understand what technology alone cannot fully see.
Second, to strengthen organizations from within. While many companies focus primarily on compliance training, we focus on developing culture change - improving communication, engagement, and helping teams shift from a task‑driven mindset to one of ownership and accountability.
One Concept. Many Solutions.
