Concept 879-The Firm,
Who We Are
Concept 879 is a human‑intelligence and operational assurance firm focused on revealing how programs, services, and operations actually perform in the real world. Dashboards and AI show patterns-we confirm reality.
We engage directly with the people doing the work and the people experiencing it. By observing operations in real environments, we verify how services are delivered, sustained, and understood. This gives leaders clear visibility into real‑world performance, so decisions are grounded in truth, not assumptions.
Our work is built on three pillars.
Truth: Real‑World Intelligence.
We focus on understanding how programs and services are actually being experienced by the people they are designed to serve.
Proof: Operational Assurance.
We verify whether services are reaching the intended users and groups, whether people know about them, and whether real‑world conditions support or hinder their use.
Execute: Strategic Guidance and Execution Support.
We guide organizations in strengthening their strategies, outreach, and implementation so their services take hold effectively in real‑world environments.
Concept 879 is a woman‑owned, minority‑owned firm built on more than 30 years of hands‑on experience across senior living operations, public health, community engagement, field operations, and program management. We are based in the Atlanta metropolitan region.
We believe clarity comes from direct engagement, honest observation, and a commitment to understanding reality as it exists so leaders can see the entire picture.
Our Mission
Our mission is two‑fold.
First, we provide the human insight organizations need in a world increasingly shaped by dashboards, systems, and artificial intelligence. We help leaders understand what technology cannot fully see.
Second, we strengthen organizations from within through training and courses. While many companies focus on compliance and task‑based training, we focus on building culture. We improve communication, deepen engagement, and support teams in shifting from a task‑driven mindset to one of ownership and accountability.

One Concept.
Many Solutions.
