Judith Martin does not assume. She verifies.
With 17 years inside senior living operations and a Master of Public Health with training in Social and Behavioral Research, she built Concept 879 around one question every senior living leader asks but rarely gets answered — why did that family tour, connect, and still choose somewhere else?
She is a CDC Fellowship recipient, creator of the Family Experience Audit™ and the GIVE Method™, and one of the few practitioners in senior living combining behavioral observation, applied research, and direct family engagement to uncover what reports and dashboards miss.

Justyce Joyner,
Technology & Digital Systems
Justyce Joyner’s background is in Computer Science, with experience in technology support, systems development, and business consulting. He has worked with the City of Atlanta’s Department of Watershed Management, Apple Inc., and several start‑ups, contributing to technical solutions, digital tools, and operational efficiency.
He oversees the technical build‑out of our training programs, managing platform setup, digital formatting and overall course functionality. His expertise ensures that every training product runs smoothly, remains user‑friendly, and meets professional delivery standards.
Essence Joyner
Community & Client Strategy Coordinator
Essence holds a bachelor’s degree in public policy and brings more than five years of experience in compliance and client relations. She has worked with government agencies, including the Georgia Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS) and The Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, as well as global organizations such as Apple Inc. She also volunteers as a speaker, encouraging and motivating students as they prepare for college.
Her background reflects a practical, people‑first approach that keeps projects organized, clients confident, and communities engaged.
